Time for us all to use more wool
It is a sad state of affairs to see what is happening to UK wool. A fantastic renewable product with some great environmental credentials being stored or literally thrown away. At a time when slogans like Build, Build, Build are uttered from Prime Minister Boris Johnson's lips and Chancellor Rishi Sunak giving incentives to insulate properties - wool seems to have slipped out of our thoughts as a material to help with our environmental challenges. Renewable every season, washable and reusable and a way of storing carbon. Its increased use could help us solve a number of these issues.
